Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and contribute to positive outcomes for families.

You’ll engage in data collection, follow behavioral plans, and collaborate with the clinical team. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are provided to support your growth in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
