Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervision.

You’ll collect session data, follow treatment plans, and support skill development while collaborating with the clinical team. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health are offered, with support to complete RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
