Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related disabilities. Earn $21.00–$25.00 per hour for direct client services with paid training and growth opportunities.

Part-time afternoon and evening schedules are available, with flexible blocks and opportunities for advancement into Lead, Senior, or Specialist roles. Training, mentorship, and RBT exam support are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings, with a consistent schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Pre-employment screening and onboarding requirements, including background checks and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver services in clients’ homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, and caregivers to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration.
