Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills plus accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Implement treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Collect data, track progress, and complete clinical documentation.
- Deliver services in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to support progress.
- Engage in ongoing training and team activities.
