Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (ABA) to join our expanding team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for career growth through our Milestone Moments program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with children in professional/educational settings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours/week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings and onboarding as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Deliver services in clients’ homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
