Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our home-based ABA treatment team in Virginia. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the guidance of a BCBA, delivering planned interventions and collecting data.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 treatment in home-based settings under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to monitor progress of individualized plans.
• Assist in training families to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and BCBA.
• Engage clients with engaging, creative strategies.
• Respond to client and family needs and requests promptly.
• Support BCBA with program implementation and documentation.
• Adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of client information.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
