Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-on-1 behavioral intervention in clients' homes in Maryland. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with a client in their home implementing treatment plans designed by BCBA.
Collect data to monitor progress and report on effectiveness of the plan.
Support BCBA by training families on implementing treatment plans.
Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
Physically engage with children during sessions and handle related activities.
Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
