Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes across Virginia. You will work with BCBA guidance to execute behavioral plans for children 2–15 years old, collecting data and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality understood.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
