Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for center-based, after-school hours in Manassas, VA. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and data handling.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically supervise and engage with children during sessions, including activities requiring mobility and safety.
