Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA therapy for children from birth to 21 in Maryland. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data.

We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a team-oriented work environment, and opportunities to positively impact families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort to support children aged 2–15.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
