Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will provide 1-1 treatment in home-based settings, working with BCBAs to implement individualized plans for children on the autism spectrum.

This role offers flexible part-time evening hours, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will help families and empower children to reach developmental goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with children and behavior challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home following BCBA plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions as needed.
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 3pm-6pm.
