Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Tucson, AZ seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. You will work across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, providing direct intervention and data collection.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, strict confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under Clinical Supervisor.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD's clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
