Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for patients in various settings including centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth.

Role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with Clinical Supervisors. Must complete CARD training and have strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under clinician supervision.
• Deliver 1:1 or group ABA therapy following treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional conduct.
