Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Sessions occur in CARD centers, homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth.

Role emphasizes skill acquisition and behavior reduction with documentation, data collection, and adherence to CARD standards. Flexible part-time schedule across locations; HIPAA compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD's clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Follow Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
