Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Chandler, AZ is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans for CARD patients in multiple settings, including the center, homes, schools, or via telehealth. This part-time role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes hands-on experience with autism-focused care.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma, complete CARD Training, and a willingness to work across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
• Seek growth and training opportunities to maintain clinical excellence.
