Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home 1-on-1 behavioral support for children aged 2-15, under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, progress reporting, and family training to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist clients with mobility during sessions.
