One Medical seeks a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to provide venipuncture and clinical support while delivering outstanding patient experiences across multiple Dallas offices. You will manage patient intake, front-d desk workflows, and assist providers with clerical tasks, ensuring a smooth care journey for members.

You will use C-I-CARE, handle extended scope duties, and collaborate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant medical assistant or phlebotomy experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi‑tasking in a clinical setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Provide venipuncture and basic clinical support across pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and outreach.
• Support with lab tasks, vital signs, EKGs/ECGs, vaccination, swabs, and other extended scope duties.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, inventory, and sterilization procedures.
• Communicate with patients and team; manage patient messages and billing inquiries.
• Assist providers and virtual medical team with clerical tasks and reports.
• Open/close office, restock supplies, and maintain a welcoming space.
• Master technology tools (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily work.
