Shell seeks an Integration Lead, Americas Flex Gen to join its team in Houston, TX. You will act as SME for gas-fired generation and BESS projects, guiding transitions from development to asset management and ensuring alignment with investment objectives.

The role requires extensive experience in power generation operations, asset risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, commercial, and trading teams. Travel is expected, and a hybrid work setup is available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining high/low‑voltage electrical systems.
• Strong leadership in power generation asset operations.
• Familiarity with O&M contracts and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Represent operations in Flex Gen development, delivery, and asset acquisitions.
• Provide long-term owner/operator input to safety, operability and lifecycle value.
• Participate in technical due diligence: data room reviews and site visits.
• Lead asset onboarding, handover, and implementation to operations.
