Kraken is seeking a Generation Flex Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding of Generation Flex assets (BESS, Wind, Solar) onto KrakenFlex. You’ll coordinate discovery, site design, installation, configuration, commissioning and handover, working at the junction of customers, Electrical Engineering, Product and Customer Success to deliver a single, fully integrated solution.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in electrical engineering and software integration.
• Ability to read Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and understand site electrical architecture.
• Practical understanding of industrial networking and communications (IP addressing, LANs, routers, switches, VPNs, site connectivity).
• Electrical knowledge: metering, breakers, transformers, generators, inverters, batteries and asset control systems.
• Experience delivering technical projects involving integration, commissioning or onboarding of physical assets, preferably in energy/renewables.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems and actions clearly.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and dependencies across customers, hardware, installation partners.
• Organised delivery with attention to detail across multiple sites.
• Proactive risk identification and blocker removal; maintain momentum.
• Customer-centric onboarding experience without compromising technical quality.
• Pragmatic, collaborative approach; agile environment with evolving products.
• Strong interest in understanding end-to-end SaaS product operation.
• Fluent English; second European language preferable.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end onboarding and delivery of Generation Flex assets (BESS and RES) from onboarding through analysis, site design, installation, configuration, commissioning and handover into live service.
• Build a strong understanding of the Generation Flex product and SaaS platform, including asset representation, monitoring and control.
• Understand how the site and its electrical systems connect into KrakenFlex software architecture and align both worlds.
• Work with Product and Software Engineering to define capabilities, modules, configuration requirements and constraints per customer.
• Translate between customer requirements, electrical engineering requirements and SaaS/product requirements.
• Manage the data and control path from asset through site controls, meters, gateways and Kraken Flex, and back where control is required.
• Ensure customer use of GenFlex is reflected in the onboarding solution with telemetry, controls and integrations.
• Explain to customers how their site interacts with KrakenFlex from both hardware and software perspectives.
• Identify gaps early and surface product dependencies to Product and Engineering.
• Coordinate Kraken Gateway delivery and installation, ensuring prerequisites are ready.
• Prepare for commissioning and testing activities, including gateway installation, OAT and service testing.
• Proactively manage delivery risks and blockers; maintain status visibility across sites.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes with feedback to cross-functional teams.
