Shell is seeking an Integration Lead, Americas Flex Gen to join its Houston team. You will act as the Operations and Asset Management expert for gas-fired generation and battery storage projects, guiding transitions from development to asset management.

The role requires deep experience in power generation, asset operations, and cross-functional collaboration with development, trading, and JV partners, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in operating and maintaining power generation assets.
• Experience managing O&M providers and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of GFG asset operations.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Operations SME for Flex Gen development, delivery, acquisitions.
• Provide owner and operator perspectives to improve safety and performance.
• Participate in technical due diligence and site visits.
• Lead asset onboarding and transition to Asset Management.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between Development/Acquisition and Asset Management.
• Ensure handovers meet Shell HSSE and IT risk standards.
