Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, hands-on position focused on preparing and documenting vehicles for customer rentals across a variety of makes and models. You will manage the entry/exit of vehicles in the fleet, perform inspections, and assist with license plates, registrations and keys to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Ability to work outdoors or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections and install/remove license plates.
• Coordinate vehicle registration paperwork, stickers and keys.
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rental across multiple makes/models and support fleet transitions.
