Avis Budget Group in Springfield, VA is hiring for an outdoor Vehicle Prep Associate to oversee entry/exit of rental vehicles, perform inspections, and manage plates, registrations, and keys. You will prepare newer vehicles for rental across various makes and models and assist with fleet transitions to retailers or auctions, while keeping records accurate and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requires Valid Driver's License.
Strong attention to detail with clear verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors or in a shop.
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

In this outdoor role, you will oversee entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet, conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections, and manage licenses, registrations, stickers, and keys.
You will prepare newer vehicles for customer rental and help move vehicles for retail or auctions as needed.
You will support vehicle positioning on the lot to maintain efficient operations and fleet accuracy.
