Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor Fleet/Vehicle Preparation role in Kenner, LA. You will oversee the entry and exit of rental fleet vehicles, perform inspections, and manage license plates, registrations, and keys to ensure accurate records and a smooth customer experience.

You will help prepare newer vehicles for rental across multiple makes and models, support vehicle movements on the lot, and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and detail.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in a mechanical environment.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States; on-site presence required.
• Previous experience in auto service or fleet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles within the rental fleet, including pre-delivery inspections.
• Coordinate license plates, registration paperwork, stickers, and keys for each vehicle.
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rental across multiple makes and models.
• Support vehicle movements on the lot to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
