Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site vehicle prep and fleet support role. You will manage entry/exit of rental vehicles, perform inspections, and handle license plates and registrations to ensure accuracy and readiness for customers.

Ideal candidates bring valid driver's license, detail-orientation, and basic MS Office skills, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk frequently.
• 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site position; remote work is not possible.
• Experience in auto service, fleet operations, or vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-use inspections.
• Install and remove license plates.
• Coordinate vehicle registration paperwork, stickers, and keys.
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rental across makes/models.
• Support vehicle transitions to retail lots, auctions, or other buyers.
• Maintain organized movement and positioning of vehicles on the lot.
