Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an outdoor Fleet Handler in Jacksonville, FL to oversee the entry and exit of rental vehicles. You’ll perform inspections, manage license plates, registrations, stickers and keys, and keep records accurate and up to date.

You will help prepare newer vehicles for customer rental and support transitioning vehicles to used car lots or auctions. The role requires mobility, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry/exit of vehicles in the rental fleet.
• Perform pre-delivery and post-use inspections.
• Install/remove license plates; coordinate registration paperwork, stickers, and keys.
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rental and assist in fleet transitions to used car lots or auctions.
• Move vehicles around the lot to support efficient operations.
