RXO Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance administration for our corporate vehicle fleet. You will collaborate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to maximize uptime, ensure safety, and optimize costs.

The role emphasizes coordinating repairs, maintaining records, and supporting DOT/FMCSA compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of fleet or logistics/transportation experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2 years of fleet or logistics/transportation experience (preferred).
• Ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel and to create queries in company software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily maintenance for a fleet of tractors, trailers, and equipment to maximize uptime.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and DOT compliance.
• Review repair requests and prioritize work based on safety and business needs.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal operations on maintenance updates.
• Track units through the repair process and ensure timely completion.
• Review repair estimates and control maintenance costs.
• Maintain maintenance records, histories, warranties, and assets.
• Monitor open work orders and vendor performance for continuous improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting recurring mechanical issues and root cause analyses.
• Support roadside breakdown management and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure repairs meet safety standards and OEM/DOT regulations.
• Build relationships with dealerships and vendors; ensure quality and turnaround time.
• Assist with warranty recovery and reimbursement.
