Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Fleet Training Supervisor to oversee fleet training activities, including safety training and new employee indoctrination. You will supervise instructors, set performance goals, and coordinate with management on budgeting and strategic planning to meet station and fleet needs.

The role requires a strong understanding of the systematic approach to training, regulatory guidelines, and experience in nuclear training.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Direct supervision and development of fleet instructors.
• Knowledge of systematic approach to training and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise fleet instructors and set performance goals.
• Assist budgeting, staffing, planning, and reporting for training needs.
• Enforce fleet training processes and monitor instructor performance.
• Participate in workshops, benchmarking, and accreditation reviews.
• Support ongoing fleet training operations and excellence plan goals.
