Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. at LaSalle Station in Marseilles, IL seeks an Operations Instructor or Sr Operations Training Instructor to lead nuclear training programs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The role covers development, execution, and evaluation of training for Reactor Operators and Non-Licensed Operators, with opportunities to advance to Senior Reactor Operator certification within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years related experience in nuclear/industrial power plant operation or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in technical discipline, education, or training with 4 years related experience in nuclear/industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science with 2 years related experience in nuclear power plant operation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, evaluate, and modify plant-specific nuclear licensed Operations training programs.
• Coordinate and conduct performance-based RO/NLO training as required by user community.
• Prepare trainee examinations and conduct evaluations for classroom, lab, OJT, and simulator environments.

Education

High school diploma/GED + 6 years related experience
