Job summary

Continental's BestDrive division seeks a Commercial Sales Associate to lead tire sales for local fleets, promote retreads and services, and grow a profitable book of business. You will solicit existing accounts, pursue new prospects, and maintain strong relationships through regular calls and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes meeting sales and gross profit targets, working with a team in a fast-paced environment, and leveraging a billing system for orders and invoicing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous sales experience in tires or automotive sectors preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Responsible for sale of industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and use the existing billing system for sales transactions.
• Maintain profit margins and meet sales and gross profit goals.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to advise customers.
