Job summary

BestDrive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental, is seeking a Commercial Tire Sales Associate to drive sales for fleets and promote tires, retreads, and services. You will solicit existing accounts, develop new business, and maintain profitable margins across designated areas.

Responsibilities include meeting sales and gross profit goals, maintaining product knowledge, and using the billing system for transactions. Expect regular travel and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and use the billing system for sales transactions.
• Maintain profit margins and meet gross profit goals.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers.
• Actively seek new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports.
