BestDrive by Continental is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to be the main contact for sales and service in a thriving tire dealership. You will drive growth by soliciting new and existing fleet accounts, promoting tires, retreads, and services, and maintaining profitable margins through proactive account management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain existing accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and use the sales system for billing and reporting.
• Aim for profit margins and meet sales/goals.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to advise customers.
