Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to lead tire sales and service for regional fleets. You will solicit existing accounts, promote new tires, retreads, and services, and work to grow a profitable book of business.

Ideal candidates have prior tire sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the regional area; you must pass background checks and a DOT medical card process. Competitive commissions and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Previous sales experience and strong communication skills.
• Able to pass background checks and a physical/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and use the billing system for sales and collections.
• Meet sales and gross profit goals and develop new accounts.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
