Job summary

The Continental family, via BestDrive, is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to drive sales for area fleets and promote tires, retreads, and services. You will solicit existing accounts and pursue new business, aiming to grow a profitable book of business.

Responsibilities include maintaining current accounts, learning the billing system, and meeting sales and gross profit goals. The role requires strong communication and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow-up.
• Learn and use the billing system for above sales channels.
• Maintain an acceptable profit margin and seek new accounts.
