Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in Irving, TX seeks a Service/Telematics Planner to support the Equipment Services department by coordinating telematics devices, maintaining equipment data accuracy, and assisting with system administration.

You will liaise between field technicians, accounting, and management to ensure timely PMs, invoicing, and month-end closing, with a focus on efficient utilization and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Equipment Services (ES) department with system administration, IT support, and process improvements.
• Coordinate telematics devices across the heavy equipment fleet (Vision Link, JD Link, iCraneTrax, etc.).
• Ensure equipment data accuracy across mobile and web applications.
• Maintain equipment data across OEM and fleet management platforms (CAT, CAT Inspect, etc.).
• Maintain fuel and DEF inventories and month-end reporting.
• Track inventory of machine control and survey gear and manage transfers/dokumentation.
• Monitor PM service work orders and assign work to technicians to ensure timely closure.
• Process equipment-related invoices for inventory and payment.
• Process month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliation related to fuel, telematics and inventory.
• Support field lube technicians and mechanics with JD Edwards questions, training, and troubleshooting.
