Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an Equipment Services Coordinator to arrange cost-effective mobilization and demobilization of equipment to job sites. You will coordinate transport, create ERP rental records, monitor asset utilization, and maintain strong relationships with field staff and vendors.

The role requires familiarity with heavy equipment and transportation regulations, strong math and organizational skills, and proficiency in ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Capable of reading and understanding vendor invoices.
• Comfortable with computers, able to learn ERP and telematics dashboards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with agile response.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with heavy equipment used in transportation (civil) and construction.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment hauling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport of assets for equipment services with third-party transport companies.
• Create rental equipment records in the ERP system.
• Maintain asset utilization and location to guide rental decisions.
• Maintain relationships with job site staff and vendors.
• Order rental heavy equipment based on best value; release on demand.
• Provide rates to estimating teams; assist in bid costing.
• Review invoices for accuracy and allocate costs in ERP.
• Understand vendor invoices and ensure accuracy.
• Be proficient with ERP, telematics dashboards, and MS Office.
