Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Irving, Texas, seeks a skilled Supply Planner to manage equipment delivery for nationwide projects. You will coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and site teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments and effective allocation of resources.

You will track shipments, resolve delays, and collaborate with finance, operations, and project management to optimize processes in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, related field, or equivalent with 5+ years in supply chain.
• Experience in project management, logistics, or inbound operations with strong Excel/Smartsheet use.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate shipments and determine equipment routing to project sites or storage facilities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and manage ship dates to meet deadlines.
• Track shipments and update serial numbers and data in the tracking system.
• Communicate shipment updates to stakeholders and address discrepancies proactively.
• Support shipping policy governance and allocate equipment per project needs.
