Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and fleet inspections.
• Ability to diagnose faults in engines, transmissions, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Experience mentoring or supervising technicians is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles within planned time tolerances.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair per manufacturer specs.
• Mentor fleet technicians to develop skills and responsibilities.
• Communicate clearly with fleet supervisor daily.
