Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Charlotte Douglas International Airport to manage daily fleet activities and ensure vehicles are ready for rental. You will handle inventory checks, coordinate with dealerships and body shops, and assist the Fleet Manager with maintenance planning, estimates, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate with dealerships and body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental: add documentation, decals and tags, and add to inventory system.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal: complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
