Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and delivering results.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with travel (5-10%), including potential air travel.
• Willing to wear company uniform; multilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations by daily inventory checks, managing vehicle availability, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental including documentation, decals, and tags; add to inventory system for customers.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal with condition reports, equipment verification, and repair coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
