AAA Club Alliance’s Newington Fleet seeks an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage daily operations, work with drivers and other supervisors, and ensure members are covered. The role emphasizes team leadership, coaching, and strong customer service, with a 9am–7pm schedule and weekend coverage.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years in automotive/dispatch or related high-volume roles, leadership experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree with major course work in business, organizational management or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in automotive/dispatch or related high-volume service environment.
• 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Nationally recognized towing certification program completion (IITR) and related training.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Background checks including criminal, drug and driving records.
• Ability to operate passenger vehicles and trucks (auto/ manual).
• Maintenance of all state/local licensing requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead RA Club Fleet drivers, dispatch and staff to meet staffing, performance and sales goals.
• Investigate and resolve member concerns per AAA Quality Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to AAA members and customers.
• Monitor RA Dispatch system and facility performance to meet goals.
• Supervise Fleet Associates and manage cost-effective resource use.
• Participate in interviewing and coaching; conduct evaluations.
• Write performance appraisals and set team goals.
• Supervise driver activities; maintain time records and schedules.
• Coordinate with RA Dispatch and Training on day-to-day decisions.
• Ensure fleet vehicles are safe and properly maintained.
