Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians for vehicle servicing or repairs.
• Entering detailed repair malfunctions into the service center system and preparing detailed instructions for technicians.
• Serving as the service receptionist at vehicle check-in and handover with customers.
• Scheduling servicing or repairs and discussing customers’ requirements.
• Providing customers with estimated costs and repair times, and notifying them of additional or extended repairs.
• Checking vehicle warranties and extended warranties for cost recovery.
