• Schedules servicing or repairs and discusses customers' requirements.
• Provides customers with estimated costs and repair times, and notifies customers of additional or extended repairs.
• Checks vehicle warranties and/or extended warranties for cost recovery.

Enters detailed repair malfunctions in the service center computer system and prepare detailed instructions for service technicians to include repair parts. Also acts as the service receptionist when dealing with customers at vehicle check-in and handover. Schedules servicing or repairs and discuss customers’ requirements. Provides customers with estimated costs and repair times, and notifies customers of additional or extended repairs. Checks vehicle warranties and/or extended warranties for cost recovery.

Supervision Received:

Works under minimal supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks. May assist in training, orienting, or observing lower-level associate, apprentice, or semi-skilled employee in the group.
