Job summary

Excel Truck Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Service Sales Representative/Customer Experience Advocate to drive service solutions for Fleet accounts. You will coordinate service activity, educate customers on digital tools, and act as the primary contact for fleet needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, parts sales, equipment sales or service management.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to develop sales plans and nurture fleet accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market to meet sales goals and profitability.
• Strengthens customer relationships and actively markets service solutions to Fleet customers.
• Coach customers on digital tools and features available to them (Detroit Connect, Service Tracker, Smart Source).
• Coordinate service work with the Service Manager and other departments to ensure the best customer experience.
• Communicate opportunities across departments and participate in monthly management meetings.
• Coordinate with management as customer needs evolve and opportunities develop.
• Liaise with manufacturers on service support, recalls, and programs; report progress to the service manager.
