Excel Truck Group in Virginia is seeking a Sales professional for the Chester/Richmond market as a Service Sales Representative/Customer Experience Advocate. You will be the primary contact for Fleet accounts, developing service solutions and marketing them to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, parts sales, equipment sales or service management is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the Chester/Richmond market leveraging Service, Parts, Body, Trailers & Sales to meet company goals.
• Strengthens relationships with Fleet customers and markets solutions using Detroit Connect, Service Tracker and Smart Source app among others.
• Coordinate service work with the Service Manager and other departments to deliver the best customer experience.
• Communicate opportunities across departments and participate in monthly management meetings.
