Job summary

Excel Truck Group is seeking a sales professional to join our Chester, VA/Richmond, VA team as a Service Sales Representative/Customer Experience Advocate. You will be the primary contact for Fleet accounts, developing service solutions and marketing them to customers, while acting as a customer advocate.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, parts sales, equipment sales or service management.
• Able to develop a business plan and sales strategy for Fleet market.
• Experience coaching customers on digital tools and features.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market leveraging Service, Parts, Body, Trailers & Sales to meet goals.
• Develops relationships with Fleet customers and markets the dealership solutions.
• Coordinate Service work with the Service Manager and other departments to ensure the best customer experience.
• Communicate customer opportunities across departments and participate in monthly meetings.
• Coordinate communications with management when Fleet needs evolve.
• Serve as liaison with manufacturers for service bulletins, recalls, and programs.
• Assist Fleet customers with repairs outside of the Excel network and expedite repairs.
