Job summary

Excel Truck Group in Chesapeake, VA, is seeking a Service Sales Representative/Customer Experience Advocate to serve as the primary contact for Fleet accounts, driving service solutions and customer advocacy. You will develop business plans, nurture customer relationships, and coordinate service work with the Service Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Qualifications

• Industrial sales, parts sales, equipment sales or service management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market to achieve sales goals and profitability.
• Cultivates new and existing customer relationships and markets service solutions for Fleet customers.
• Coordinate service work with the Shop and Service Manager to ensure best customer experience.
• Communicate customer opportunities across departments and participate in monthly meetings.
• Act as main liaison with customers, providing timely updates and solutions during the repair cycle.
• Adheres to company policies and ethics; perform additional duties as needed.
