Qualifications

• At least one year of service planning, maintenance coordination, service writing, warranty, technician, or related experience.
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty equipment or transportation maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair schedules and shop workflow.
• Review and process maintenance work orders.
• Provide repair status updates with drivers, customer service, and shop personnel.
• Prioritize daily repairs and assign work to technicians.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and vendor services.
• Manage shop repair logs and documentation.
• Support roadside repair coordination within a 75-mile radius.
• Collaborate with Parts and Maintenance teams to keep repairs moving.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drivers and Owner Operators.
