Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions and explain information regarding repairs.
• Schedule repairs and coordinate road calls; support Service Manager and Technicians.
• Prepare invoices, open repair orders and reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Determine customer account status and payment needs prior to scheduling work.
• Obtain payment authorizations and process payments (credit card, cash).
• Maintain filing, inventory, and database systems; perform basic bookkeeping.
