Qualifications

• G-Suite, Excel, and Word preferred for clerical work.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions and schedule repairs.
• Prepare invoices, open repair orders, reports, memos, and other documents.
• Estimate, schedule and invoice repairs; coordinate road call requirements.
• Follow up to ensure work is performed in a timely manner.
• Perform general office duties and maintain filing and database systems.
