Job summary

BCM Supply LLC is seeking a Service/Parts Advisor to coordinate repair activities, manage parts procurement, and maintain accurate work orders for our heavy-duty fleet maintenance operations. The role emphasizes limiting downtime while ensuring technicians have the parts and information needed to perform repairs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and take ownership of responsibilities, including vendor coordination

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Experience supporting heavy-duty fleet maintenance operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair activities and priorities between technicians, field personnel, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate work orders and document service requests.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and backordered parts to minimize downtime.
• Procure and track parts, verify pricing and vendor competitiveness.
• Support technicians with information, parts, and resources to complete repairs safely.
